As President, he manages Cinch I.T. Franchise in delivering best-in-class customer service and driving innovation. Rick was a member of the US Army’s Special Operation Community, Recipient of the Worcester Business Journals 40 under 40, named one of the Top 10 Best CEOs of 2018, Board member for the Better Business Bureau of Central and Western Massachusetts, and the Founder of Cinch Scholarship Foundation.


Mike Mosher

Mike Mosher joined Cinch IT, Inc. in 2015 to expand the technology roadmap for Cinch IT’s fastest growing franchise. He started his career as senior technician for a New England based MSP and worked his way to Cyber-security Specialist and eventually the Chief Operation Officer. Mosher then went on to start is own MSP that was acquired in 2016. Mosher has extensive expertise in managed services, business operations, and innovation.


Morgan Hill

Morgan joined Cinch IT in 2011 to provide process control, product development, and partner management. Early in his career, Morgan worked for Best Buy’s Geek Squad in a number of capacities including Deputy of Counter-Intelligence and eventually the Deputy of Area Covert Operations. Today Morgan oversees the National Network Operations Center and Help Desk for each fastest growing franchise.


Steve Lettery

Steven Lettery is distinguished by his ability to identify, leverage, and develop talent. Throughout his career, he has helped Managed Services sales professionals recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as trusted advisors, through leadership development, professional positioning, and visibility. Steven is a graduate of the Porter & Chester Institute’s Computer and Networking Technology program gaining A+, MCP, and Network+ certifications.

Steven leads the Sales division at Cinch I.T., overseeing revenue generation throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Michigan. Steven is responsible for the training and development of sales teams in all of the Cinch I.T. offices.

Previously, Steven spent 5 years in the Managed Service Industry taking on roles on both the Sale and Technical sides of the house. Ultimately running a multi-million-dollar Massachusetts-based MSP as the Director of Sales and Operations.


Anthony Archambault

Anthony serves as our Director of Customer Success at Cinch IT. He has years of experience ranging from managing new/existing product lines for Fortune 100 companies totaling $41.2 Million to spearheading the creation and evolution of the B2B Customer Success management team. Anthony has truly established himself as a leader within the CINCH IT organization.

With a sheer passion for entrepreneurship and IT MSP management experience, Anthony leads our Customer Success team while managing 1800+ users concurrently. With his continued guidance and leadership, Anthony assists in leading the training and franchise development of all sales teams within Cinch I.T. offices throughout the country.
