Meet the Owners

What did your professional career look like before becoming a Cinch franchisee?

Tye: Before I started my journey with Cinch I.T., my professional career was very successful in the sales world. I transitioned to a sales leadership position and on pace to gain more success. Even with all the success, I felt as if I could still do more. This franchise, to me, is something I have always been passionate about and ultimately pursuing.
Tim: The majority of my career was working in Sales Operations.

How did you first get involved with Cinch I.T.?

Tye: I first got involved with Cinch I.T. by chatting with an old college friend about the business. My excitement was there from the beginning because this was my dream. After discussing the details and daily operations of the company, it was a no brainer.
Tim: My business partner Tye Jordan talked to me about the opportunity.

How did you decide when and where to open your franchise territory?

Tye: I live in the area of my franchise territory, and I have a relationship with multiple businesses in the area. It was an easy decision to open the franchise in the Marlborough territory because of how familiar I am with the region.
Tim: Tye and I did not have an exact date of when to buy the franchise, it was when we were able to get the money needed to purchase. When looking at the available territories in Massachusetts, we decided with Marlborough. We are both familiar with the majority of cities in the region, and we both live in the area.

What is your biggest future goal for your franchise?

Tye: I have short- and long-term goals for this franchise broken down into phases. Getting established in the Marlborough Territory as number one for I.T. support is the first step. Growing the territory to its potential and beyond is how I will finish it. There is so much work to do in between, and I can not wait to see what the future holds.
Tim: Hiring employees to help work with the clients that partner with us in the Marlborough Territory.
