Cinch I.T.’s latest franchise development has finally opened its doors in Newton, MA. The franchise is the most recent joint venture between existing franchisees Jay Small and Anthony Cometa. The two have previously partnered to operate a Cinch I.T. location in Woburn, MA. As co-owners and regional directors, Jay and Anthony are excited to scout new talent and new clients in the booming Newton, MA suburbs.

Most franchises consider their development role as a sales position to be responsible for attracting and on-boarding new owners into the organization. However, when Cinch I.T. launched its franchise model in early 2019, it took a markedly different path. In July, future Cinch I.T. Newton co-owners Jay and Anthony shifted their responsibilities. They transitioned from training and developing internal sales to doing the same for decentralized on-site staff. With this unique model, Cinch I.T. succeeds by giving franchise owners the tools to succeed.

Meet the Owners

Jay and Anthony have been working together to run Cinch I.T. franchises since 2018.

Before becoming a franchisee, Jay was a Senior Account Manager at Cinch I.T. in charge of consulting, networking, and business continuity. During his tenure, he proved his capacity to resolve complex and expensive I.T. challenges for businesses of all sizes. Through his partnership with Anthony Cometa, he strives to provide even faster support from trained on-site technicians.

In an interview with Jay Small, he shared, “I’m looking forward to providing the same cutting-edge technologies to customers at a comprehensive, affordable, and easy to understand price.” He added, “Our team is here to provide fast and friendly I.T. support that allows customers to focus on driving business results.”

Prior to teaming up with Jay, Anthony was the Senior Marketing Director at WealthWave. He takes an education-centric and digital approach to financial services. By teaching people “how money works,” Anthony promotes entrepreneurs to gain a leveraged digital business in the financial space. Whether you’re looking for a simple life insurance plan or in need of a comprehensive retirement solution, Cinch I.T. Newton is your destination.

A Winning Model

By leaving the small business I.T. solutions headaches to Cinch I.T., business owners can rely on the franchise model. Partner businesses can rest assured, above all, that their Cinch I.T. Newton partnerships are handled with courtesy and efficiency. To that end, Cinch franchises always offer unlimited help desk support, unlimited onsite support, and proactive maintenance. Furthermore, both franchisees and their clients have access to a complete cyber-security package and ongoing consulting.

In other words, according to Anthony, the objective is to offer enterprise level I.T. support with cost-effective plans to the Newton area. As a result, Cinch I.T. franchise partners like Jay and Anthony lead expert local technicians and an enterprise level helpdesk.
