While working as an Account Manager for Cinch I.T. of Worcester MA, Jay Small had a “light bulb” moment when he realized that he did not need to be a technician or an experienced IT professional to run a successful Cinch I.T. franchise. This was a revelation to Small, and it’s what gave him the idea to own a franchise himself.
Today, Small is a multi-unit franchise owner of the Woburn and Newton, Massachusetts territories. He and his team provide outsourced managed IT services targeted to small and medium-sized businesses.
